For actor Gauahar Khan, who got married in December last year, this Eid is very special as it’ll be her first such celebration with her husband, Zaid Darbar, and in-laws.
This Eid has many firsts for Gauahar Khan.
For entertainer Gauahar Khan, who got hitched in December a year ago, this Eid is exceptionally extraordinary as it’ll be her first such festival with a spouse, Zaid Darbar, and parents in law. Even though the lockdown is a dampener, she likes to take a gander at the brilliant side.
“This is the second Eid in a lockdown, and nobody needs to be in a lockdown during a celebration. Yet, the great side of the lockdown is that you are not occupied during Ramzan and ibadat achche se hoti hai,” she says.
While the entertainer is excited for observing Eid, though at her home, as this Eid, individuals will not visit each other as we are in lockdown. She uncovers, “This Eid is exceptional and something to appreciate.
It is my first Eid with Zaid. Indeed, a year ago on Bakri Eid, he met my mom. I purchased a present for Zaid, another telephone model he was peering toward for while, and he was content with it.
However, in the wake of looking at it for 60 minutes, he said, ‘Possibly, I didn’t need it’ (snickers). He is such a kid.”
As she hasn’t looked for Eid this year, the fashionista will delve into her wedding endowments and browse the numerous outfits she has. “After my wedding, we didn’t go on any awaits at our companions and family members home as my father fell debilitated. Eid is the lone celebration which we anticipate, and sprucing up will feel better. We will be at home, glad in our space,” she clarifies.
Losing her father before this year has been hard for Khan, and she views herself as solid yet says she doesn’t know how to manage this inclination. “I can’t communicate my sentiments in words or manage it.
You need to be ordinary and proceed onward with your life. Yet, it is awaiting inclination, and it will not at any point disappear. Even though he was 76, I never figured I would lose him so from the get-go throughout everyday life.
Each youngster needs their parent to live work 100. It will be intense not to hear his voice on Eid. Yet, in Islam, we shouldn’t be pitiful or grieve for over three days after an individual passes away. Besides, my father wouldn’t have needed us to be dismal. I’m glad that he was at my wedding and had fun. He carried on with an existence of a ruler,” she shares.
Khan concedes that she believed that things with Covid-19 were levelled out, yet the subsequent wave’s unexpected ejection shook everybody. She affirms, “Clearly, it isn’t energizing to be in a lockdown during a celebration.
Everybody needs to celebrate; however, we can’t and shouldn’t go out, meet individuals or have an assembly as it is a need of great importance. I encourage individuals to remain at home as the present moment.”
