11 years old girl raped in Udaipur; here’s the full report

Udaipur rape case: A 11 years old girl was raped in Udaipur, Rajasthan, by her cousins.

Two teens are accused of raping an 11-year-old relative in Rajasthan’s Udaipur on June 15, according to police, who added that the accused were arrested on Wednesday night and brought before a Child Welfare Committee.

“The matter came to light when the girl’s elder sister lodged an FIR [first information report] against two of their cousins, also minors aged 13 and 14,” said deputy police superintendent Chetna Bhati, the case’s investigating officer.

Police on Udaipur Rape case:

According to Bhati, the girl was raped while living with her relatives while her mother was in the hospital. “During her stay there, two of her cousins raped her…two other relatives also sexually assaulted and threatened her,” she stated, quoting the FIR.

The sister stated in her police report that the child told her about her incident when she was transported to the hospital due to significant bleeding.

Bhati stated that the girl had a medical examination and that an inquiry was underway.
