The discussion referenced a friend’s inability to locate any graduation record for him, prompting Dipke to respond publicly and, shortly before his challenge to Modi, share a video clip appearing to show him at what was described as a Boston University graduate afterparty.

Questions Over How the Education Was Funded

Beyond the graduation dispute, scrutiny has also extended to how Dipke financed his studies in the United States. He has maintained that his education was supported through a combination of a scholarship and an education loan. However, RTI activists have pushed back, raising questions about his family’s financial standing and whether it could have realistically supported study abroad, adding another layer to the ongoing controversy surrounding the CJP founder’s credentials.
