Abhishek Bachchan Ghoomer Box office collection and storyline

Despite considerable praise, Ghoomer, directed by R Balki, has not fared well at the domestic movie office. 

According to Sacnilk.com, the sports drama earned Rs 34 lakh on its debut Monday. This is Ghoomer’s lowest domestic box office total since its premiere on August 18 (Friday).

The box office collection of Ghoomer:

According to Sacnilk.com, the movie made Rs. 85 crores on Friday, Rs. 1.1 crore on Saturday, and Rs. 1.5 crore on Sunday. According to initial estimates, the film grossed 34 lakh nett in India on its fourth day. 

It has fallen by 77.33%. So far, the film has grossed 3.79 crore in India. According to early predictions, the film will earn Rs 30 lakh on its debut Tuesday. On its fifth day, the total collection will be 4.09 crore.

The storyline of the movie:

In Ghoomer, Saiyami Kher plays Anina, a determined athlete who loses her right arm due to a sad accident. She rediscovers her strength to become a record-breaking athlete. Critics praised her sincere performance.

In the film, Abhishek Bachchan plays a coach whose life takes an unexpected turn when he crosses paths with Saiyami’s character. The film also stars Shabana Azmi and Angad Bedi in leading roles.

Amitabh sends the handwritten letter to Saiyami:

Saiyami recently tweeted a long message after receiving a handwritten letter and flowers from star Amitabh Bachchan. Saiyami posted photos of the letter and flowers on Instagram. 

“At the premiere of Ghoomer in Melbourne, everybody was sobbing,” she said in part of her caption. ‘Kher saab, show some emotion,’ AB urged as he hugged me after our standing ovation. 

But I stood there, looking unconcerned about anything. I can cry buckets on screen, but you’ll never know how I feel in real life.”
