“In 2014, Ghouse Mohammad visited Dawat-e-Islami in Karachi. On the surface, its mission is to preach religious practices and spread the specific sect. There is no such office in Rajasthan. “They have an office in Kanpur, as well as headquarters in Mumbai and Delhi,” the DGP explained.
