Air India Express Flight Disruptions: Cabin Crew Sick

Air India Express encountered operational challenges as many cabin crew members reported sick, leading to the cancellation of over 70 flights and delays in several others.

Air India Express Spokesperson’s Statement:

The spokesperson for the Tata Group-owned airline acknowledged the issue, stating that a portion of the cabin crew fell ill unexpectedly, causing disruptions starting from the previous night. The airline assured passengers that it was actively addressing the situation to minimize inconvenience.

Affected passengers are assured of a full refund and complimentary rescheduling of their flights. To avoid inconvenience, customers are advised to verify the status of their flights before heading to the airport.

Air India Apology and Assurance:

The Flight expressed regret to its passengers for the unexpected disruptions, emphasizing that such occurrences do not align with the airline’s service standards. 

Affected guests are promised full refunds or the option to reschedule their flights without additional charges. Additionally, passengers scheduled to fly are urged to confirm their flight status before departure.
