AJ and Kevin from Backstreet Boys threw underwear during the Mumbai concert
Footage showing Backstreet Boys AJ McLean and Kevin Richardson throwing their underwear into the group during the Mumbai concert is widely posted online.
Fellows of the American boy gang caught Mumbai by storm as they came back for a rousing show. After a 13-year interval, Backstreet Boys performed in India for the second time on Thursday as the group started their DNA World Tour at Mumbai’s Jio World Garden.
A clip of their concert has gone viral, and it does not show them performing. Instead, the video shows Backstreet Boys fellows AJ McLean and Kevin Richardson tossing their underwear at the fans. Some people call it their ‘chaddi (underwear) tossing session’.

Numerous videos and photos from the performance starring Backstreet Boys members Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, AJ McLean, Brian Littrell, and Kevin Richardson setting the set on fire with their famous songs, such as I Want It That Way and Don’t Go Breaking My Heart, were posted on fan pages. But one part of their performance is catching the most attention.
In a video that has gone famous online and is widely posted on Instagram and Twitter, AJ and Kevin are seen onstage, tossing their underwear into the fans as the crowd cheers for them.
