The Dhamaal franchise is set to continue, with the makers officially confirming a fifth installment as Dhamaal 4 arrives in theatres. Directed by Indra Kumar, Dhamaal 4 released on July 10 and stars Ajay Devgn, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi and Jaaved Jaaferi in lead roles. The comedy franchise, known for its slapstick humour and ensemble cast, faced stiff competition at the box office from the Hollywood animated film Moana, which released around the same time. The film is also expected to have a digital run after its theatrical release, with plans in place for it to premiere on Netflix following its box office window.
