Dhamaal 4 Box Office Collection Day 2 Sees Sharp Jump

Ajay Devgn’s Dhamaal 4 posted strong growth at the ticket window on its second day, even as the comedy franchise’s fourth outing drew mixed reactions from critics and viewers. Released on July 10, the film built on its opening-day momentum to deliver a solid Saturday total, keeping it firmly in the box-office conversation over its first weekend.

Day 2 Numbers Show 60% Growth

The film opened with Rs 14 crore net on Friday from 10,669 shows across the country. On Saturday, collections jumped sharply, with trade tracker Sacnilk reporting Rs 22.50 crore net from 10,953 shows — a 60.7 percent rise over the opening day. That takes the film’s total India net collection to Rs 36.50 crore after just two days in cinemas.

Closing the Gap With Welcome To The Jungle

Dhamaal 4 is now closing in on rival release Welcome To The Jungle, which earned Rs 20 crore net on its own second day and had amassed Rs 39 crore in India after two days. The narrowing gap suggests the two comedies will continue to be compared closely through their opening weeks.

Directed by Indra Kumar, Dhamaal 4 brings together an ensemble cast led by Ajay Devgn alongside Arshad Warsi and Riteish Deshmukh, continuing the franchise’s tradition of chaotic, multi-hero comedy. A post-credit scene has already sparked chatter among fans, hinting at a potential fifth installment down the line.

While the film still trails the franchise’s biggest hit, Total Dhamaal, which went on to earn Rs 155.67 crore lifetime, its day-two performance comfortably outpaces recent Ajay Devgn releases such as De De Pyaar De 2 (Rs 21 crore) and Son of Sardaar 2 (Rs 15.50 crore), signaling a promising start to its theatrical run.
