Further, Dr Deep Baluja stated:

The emergency clinic was to get its oxygen standard at 05:30 pm; however, the stockpile didn’t arrive until 12 pm. 

That being said, the clinic just got 40% of its distributed portion and is again in a circumstance of an emergency. 

“We are again in a circumstance of emergency; 200 lives are on the line. The previous evening we were at any rate ready to save most patients. 

We won’t do that today. We have depleted our reinforcement,” said Dr Baluja. The clinic has most likely an additional 30 minutes of supply left.
