On Sunday, Earthquake tremors were felt in several parts of North states such as Punjab, Haryana and Jammu and Kashmir. The European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre stated an earthquake of magnitude 5.9 happened 70 km southeast of Fayzabad, Afghanistan, at nearly 10.19 am.
