Hanumankind Spotted at CJP Student Protest in Delhi

Rapper Hanumankind was seen among the crowd at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar on July 20, joining thousands of students who gathered for the Cockroach Janta Party’s (CJP) “Sansad Chalo” march toward Parliament. The demonstration called for the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, sought accountability over alleged examination irregularities, demanded compensation for the families of students who died by suicide, and pushed for wider reforms to India’s examination and education system. The protest gained additional momentum after activist Sonam Wangchuk’s hunger strike turned into a rallying point for demonstrators across the country.

The Viral Moment

Footage and photographs of the rapper at the march quickly spread across social media. In one widely shared reel, Hanumankind is seen dressed in an Indian cricket jersey, a black cap, and a black face mask as he walks alongside the protesters. When someone behind the camera calls out to him, he briefly pulls down his mask, acknowledges the person, and continues walking with the crowd.

Fans React Online

The clip struck a chord with fans, many of whom praised the rapper for showing up in solidarity with the student movement. Hanumankind himself engaged with the buzz, responding to the viral post with a saluting face emoji in the comments section — a reaction that alone has drawn thousands of likes.

The appearance adds to a growing list of public figures lending visibility to the student-led protest, which continues to draw attention to demands around examination reforms and accountability within India’s education system.
