A dangerous Maharashtra’s Buldhana district accident shocked the whole state, which occurred around 2:30 a.m., and over 25 were injured. 

When two luxury tour buses crashed on NH 6 in Maharashtra’s Buldhana district on Saturday morning, six persons were killed, and also 25 were injured. 

A police officer told PTI that the accident happened around 2.30 a.m. over a flyover in the district’s Malkapur town.

Dangerous Maharashtra’s Buldhana district accident:

Four or five persons are reported to be in critical condition. “The accident occurred when one bus on its way to Hingoli for the Amarnath pilgrimage collided with another bus on its way to Nashik,” a senior police officer told PTI.

According to him, the bus heading towards Nashik attempted to overtake a truck and ended up in front of the second bus, resulting in an accident.

Police and authorities hurried to the scene after receiving the information and took the injured to the hospital. This route’s traffic was impacted, and vehicular mobility was disrupted.

Earlier this month, at least 26 people were killed, and several others were injured when a bus caught fire on Maharashtra’s Samruddhi Mahamarg Highway. The bus was on its way from Yavatmal to Pune.

CM visited the accident site:

The event occurred at 2 a.m. on Saturday in Maharashtra’s Buldhana district.

A settlement of Rs 5 lakh has been granted to the victims’ families.

Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis visited the accident site. The chief minister has also called for an investigation into the incident.
