The 2007 cult satire, Bhool Bhulaiyaa, led by Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan, got a second part after 15 years in 2022 with Kartik Aaryan, Kiara Advani and Tabu.

Over the last six months, there has been plenty of news on Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. In an exclusive chat, filmmaker Bhushan Kumar confirmed that Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 will be released in 2024.
Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 will be launched next year:
“We are completing Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 with Kartik Aaryan,” he confirmed, continuing, “We are right in the process of figuring out the hole that we need between part 2 and part 3. The anticipations are sky-high, and we are now considering how to take the universe ahead. At the moment, we are working on the screenplay. All the stakeholders are precise – the idea of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 needs to be big and special.”
Describing his thought process further, “Bhool Bhulaiyaa is an established universe now, and there will be expectations around it. Drishyam 2 was an amazing idea; in the same way, we are looking for a unique idea. Once we get that, we will move forward.”
Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 was made by Bhushan Kumar with Mruad Khetani. Bhushan says that the third part will go on floors in the second half of 2024. “We are targeting to release the movie in 2025 and begin it by the second half of 2024. We have got a good one and a half years to interpret the subject,” he says.
