On September 26, he appeared alongside Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi, Ravie Dubey, Namit Malhotra, and Nitesh Tiwari at a special event for the epic drama, and a video from the gathering has since gone viral online.

In the clip, a photographer prompted MrBeast to say “Jai Shree Ram.” Initially uncertain how to respond, he looked to Ranbir Kapoor for guidance and repeated the chant after the actor’s cue, prompting enthusiastic cheers from the crowd. Ranbir then spent a moment explaining the cultural significance behind the phrase, walking MrBeast through the story of Lord Ram — a prince who set aside a life of privilege to honor a promise made by his father and to fulfill his royal duties. Ranbir described Ram as an example of moral perfection and expressed hope that the film would give international audiences like MrBeast a window into Indian history and tradition.

About the Ramayana Film

The two-part project has generated significant buzz since it was first announced, largely due to its scale, ensemble cast, and ambitious storytelling format. Ranbir Kapoor plays Lord Ram, with Sai Pallavi as Sita and Yash as the antagonist Ravana. The supporting cast includes Ravie Dubey as Lakshman, Sunny Deol as Hanuman, and Rakul Preet Singh as Shurpanakha.
