An important point has come up in the drug case involving Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan. The NCB (Bureau of Narcotics Control) conducted hours of interrogation on Saturday, October 9. As a result, the driver admitted that he had gone to drop Aryan Khan and Arbaaz at the cruise terminal. Meanwhile, Aryan’s lawyer Satish Manshinde had filed a bail application in the sessions court yesterday (October 9).

What was the driver asked?

The NCB had summoned Shah Rukh Khan’s driver for 12 hours. The driver was questioned about the activities of Aryan Khan and Arbaaz. The NCB has noted the driver’s statement.

NCB to oppose the bail application

NCB driver’s statement will be used to oppose Aryan Khan’s bail application. Archit Kumar, who was arrested in a drugs case, is also in judicial custody. The court may argue at the bail application hearing that it seeks to cross-examine Aryan and Archit. If the court accepts this argument, Arya will have to spend a few more days in jail.
