Oppo Reno 8 Pro Review: As mighty and high-end as premium flagships
The Oppo Reno 8 Pro Review may not be heavily armed. But it is not positioned as a market flagship device. But, after using it as my primary phone for the past few weeks, I can say it’s every bit as high-end and performant as other premium devices in 2022. Of course, it has its advantages and disadvantages, but the Reno 8 Pro may be superior to many different upper mid-range phones on the market.
The Reno 8 Pro impresses me with its overall fit, finish, and camera. In addition, you get an excellent AMOLED display with small and uniform bezels and a dependable in-display fingerprint sensor. The MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Max can easily handle all day-to-day workloads but struggles with some resource-intensive tasks.
Though it came with a lot of bloatware, Oppo’s ColorOS runs the show with many impressive customization options and unique features. The branch has also left no stone unturned in terms of battery life, as the Reno 8 Pro easily lasts an entire day without tiring. It also charges exceptionally quickly, thanks to the included 80W charger.
