Dropped the plan of visiting due to bad weather: They dropped President Ram Nath Kovind’s visit to Ladakh to a capacity on the 22nd commemoration of Kargil Vijay Diwas on Monday because of the terrible climate. Authorities said the skies in Kashmir were cloudy even as downpours lashed portions of Jammu. Ladakh was likewise mostly overcast.

On July 27, Kovind will address the nineteenth yearly assembly of the University of Kashmir in Srinagar at Sheri Kashmir International Convention Centre.”The President will go back on July 28 morning,” an authority said.
