  • The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is likely to be released later this year.

Nothing wakes up the mobile community more than tales of dramatic events that have occurred or are believed to have occurred.

That’s exactly what happened after rumours circulated that Samsung’s Galaxy S21 FE (Fan Edition) smartphone production had been halted. This was a significant situation, and the corporation has published a statement as a result.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is likely to be released later this year. Depending on the market, it could include the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 engine or its own Exynos 2100 CPU. Find out what Samsung has to say about its upcoming smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE.

Worryingly, the global chip shortage caught many IT businesses off guard this year, with numerous manufacturers claiming that the slowdown is causing shipping delays.

According to a recent claim from a South Korean news agency, Samsung is reportedly going to stop producing its low-cost Galaxy S21 FE (Fan Edition) smartphone.

According to The Verge, South Korean news site ETNews released a rumour over the weekend that said the company’s yet-to-be-announced smartphone production had been halted due to a global chip shortage, leading many other manufacturers to cut down their manufacturing this year.

The assertions, however, have been disputed by the IT giant. Samsung stated that no such decision had been made regarding its upcoming Galaxy S21 FE smartphone.

Notably, ETNews eventually removed the article, and a Samsung spokeswoman informed Bloomberg that the company had not yet decided.

“While we cannot share details of the unreleased product,” the South Korean tech giant said in a text message to Bloomberg on Sunday, “nothing has been determined on the claimed production suspension.”

Although ETNews has removed their news report regarding the supposed suspension of the rumoured Samsung Galaxy S21 FE gadget, it’s crucial to note that, as The Verge points out, Samsung has not refuted that the gadget has been delayed or suspended.

For those unfamiliar, Samsung’s popular Fan Edition smartphones are designed to have high-end specs similar to the company’s current flagship smartphone, such as the processor.

However, some hardware components, like the screen or camera, may not perform, and their more costly counterparts, such as the Galaxy S21 Ultra, keep the price low.
