PS5 launch event: All sony revealed last night is here.

Late Thursday evening, Sony hosted its PlayStation 5 event. At the case, Sony not only revealed the prices of consoles for PS5 and PS5 Digital Version, and announced various accessories, including the PULSE 3D headset, Media Remote, DualSense Controller DualSense Controller Charging Station.

The company also sent us a rundown of its upcoming games, including Demon’s Souls, Marvel’s Spider-Man, and Final Fantasy XVI, among others: Miles Morales.

So, here’s all that was revealed last night by Sony:

Digital Version for PS5 and PS5: 

Sony announced that PS5 would be available in seven main markets, including the US, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Canada, Mexico, and South Korea, for $499.99 (approximately ₹36,820) starting on November 12.

 It will be available globally in Europe, South America, Middle East, Asia, and South Africa beginning on November 19. 

The PS5 will also be available for $499.99 with an Ultra HD Blu-ray disc drive. It’ll be available at select retailers for pre-order starting today.

But on the other hand, the PS5 Digital Version will be available for $399.99 (around ₹29,451).

Accessories:

Sony also launched a bunch of new accessories, in addition to announcing the price and availability of the PS5 and PS5 Digital Versions. 

Whereas the DualSense Controller (standalone) will be available for nearly $69.99 (around some ₹5,151), the PULSE 3D headset will be available for $99.99 (around some ₹7,360). 

Likewise, the HD Camera is priced at approximately $59.99 (about ₹4,415), whereas the Media Remote charges $29.99 (approximately ₹2,207). Lastly, DualSense Charging Station was introduced by the company, priced at $29.99 (around ₹2,207).

Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales:

Sony gave a preview of Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, which will arrive on both PS5 and PS4, as far as the game titles are concerned. It’ll be eligible on launch day for $69.99. Take a look:

First Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Campaign:

Accessible on PS5 starting on November 13. Users of PS4 will get this through an exclusive Alpha weekend beginning on September 18. The entire weekend of Alpha finishes on September 20.

Demon’s Souls:

It will be available at the cost of $69.99 on the PS5. For PS4 gaming consoles, Sony hasn’t mentioned anything available yet.

Devil May Cry 5: 

This game will be available on PS5 beginning in November for $39.99.There’s no news yet on availability on PS4.

 

Five Nights at Freddy’s: Security Breach:

Five Nights at Freddy’s: Security Breach is another game coming into PS5. The exact date of availability or pricing has not been confirmed by Steel Wool Studios yet.

Hogwarts Legacy – Writing for the Wizarding World:

Lastly, Warner Bros’ Hogwarts Legacy – Writing for the Wizarding World – will also get PS5. There is still no news about the price or availability, but you can look at the trailer.
