Rakhi record Khan sir: Hand full of love

The famous online teacher Khan Sir made a rakhi record on the occasion of Rakshabandhan, as he got around 7000 rakhis today. 

The well-known educator hosted a Raksha Bandhan event at his coaching centre, which over 10,000 students from various batches attended. 

Approximately 7,000 girls tied rakhis around his wrist during the event. He believes this is a world record because something like this has never happened before.

While many kids attended the ceremony, not everyone could tie a rakhi due to the large crowd.

Khan Sir ensured that he met each of the girls and that the rakhi was tied. This incident lasted almost two and a half hours.

Khan Sir disclosed to AajTak in an exclusive interview that he doesn’t have a sister; thus, he considers all these girls his sisters. Every year, he claims, his students tie rakhis around his wrist. He was sure no one would have tied as many rakhis as him.

The 7000 rakhis by sisters:

Khan Sir explained that these girls come from various areas and leave their families behind to attend his education centre. He took on the role of a brother for them so they didn’t miss their families. He aims to help his ‘sisters’ prosper and find decent jobs through education. Khan Sir had more than 5,000 rakhis on his wrist at the end of the ceremony and expects the total to reach 7,000 by the end of the day. His wrist was so encrusted with rakhis that he struggled to lift his hand.

Khan sir, the best Teacher:

The students in the present praised Khan Sir as the world’s best Teacher, guru, and brother. They claimed that there was no better brother than him. Some pupils even wanted to continue tying rakhis on Khan Sir’s wrist for the rest of their lives.
