Ranveer Singh Has Been Invited To Pose Nude For PETA’s New Campaign
People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals India has invited Bollywood star Ranveer Singh to do a nude photoshoot for them. After images from the actor’s recent similar photoshoot created quite a stir. The organization would like Ranveer to promote veganism through their campaign. Which has the tagline ‘All Animals Have the Same Parts Try Vegan.’ According to reports, the actor went vegan in preparation for his role in the upcoming film Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani.
“Animals, like humans, are assemble of flesh, blood, and bone. They have emotions and distinct personalities, experience pain, also want to be with their families. They do not want to die, “Sachin Bangera, PETA India Vice President of Celebrity also Public Relations, said in a statement.
“Having given healthy vegan eating a try, Ranveer Singh is the perfect candidate to encourage others to try vegan, too, for animals, their health, also the planet,” he said of Ranveer.
With this opportunity, Ranveer would join vegetarian also vegan celebrities such as Anushka Sharma, Joaquin Phoenix, Kartik Aaryan, Natalie Portman. Also many others in promoting healthy, humane, meat-free meals in collaboration with PETA India or other PETA entities.
Meanwhile, Ranveer had recently caused quite a stir and received criticism for his nude photoshoot.
On July 21, images from his photoshoot for Paper Magazine were post online.
Ranveer is see in the photos wearing nothing. In one of the photos, he was naked on a rug, recreating Burt Reynolds’ famous photograph. Following the publication of the photo shoot, complaints were lodge against the actor for inflicting emotional distress.
Ranveer was most recently see in Netflix’s interactive special Ranveer vs. Wild with Bear Grylls, which received praising feedback from netizens worldwide. Aside from Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, he will next be see in Rohit Shetty’s next directorial film Cirkus, alongside Jacqueline Fernandes also Pooja Hegde. The film is set to be release on Christmas Day, 2022.
