 After primary treatment here, he was referred to the district hospital. However, his family members admitted him to a private hospital.

An X-ray examination revealed a toothpick inserted into the head.

Dasharath Sen of the family said that there was no light in the village at night. Meanwhile, in his sleep, Tulsiram Sen,fell from the bed. Surprisingly, even after the tooth was inserted in the head, neither blood came out, nor the boy was in pain.

. Neurosurgeon Dr. Kuldeep Singh said the patient underwent a CT scan. The investigation revealed that the toothpick had penetrated to a depth of 4 cm in the head. 

Seeing the condition of the patient, he was immediately taken to OT. Here a 6-member team of doctors performed a three-hour surgery to remove the toothpick from the head.

 Brain damage was treated. Dr. Kuldeep said the patient could have died if a toothpick had penetrated his skull. The patient may also be paralyzed.
