Sushmita Sen revels that she had 95% blockage in her Insta live

Sushmita Sen has now stated it was a “massive heart attack” that she had a 95% blockage in one of her major arteries, days after initially revealing she had undergone heart surgery. 

She was conversing with her followers when she conducted a live chat session on Saturday afternoon on her Instagram page.

Sushmita thanked everyone in the room for acting quickly and effectively to save her life after her heart attack as she opened her live session. 

She introduced the majority of the individuals individually, adding that she had taken note of everyone’s names to ensure she did not forget anyone.

She also addressed one of the current social media debates about whether physical exercise helps people’s health. “I’m sure many of you will stop going to the gym and say, “See, going to the gym didn’t help her.” But this is not a good thing. 

It did assist me. I escaped a massive heart attack. It was a massive heart attack, with a 95% blockage in one of my main arteries. I survived because I maintained an active lifestyle.

I am extremely fortunate to be on the other side. It doesn’t make me fearful; instead, it gives me a sense of anticipation for something, “said the actor.

Sushmita’s voice was hoarse in the video, but she assured fans it was nothing serious. “Before you think it’s something serious, let me tell you I had a viral throat infection. I still have some leftovers (of the infection). 

So, please bear with me as my voice sounds very exciting. I couldn’t wait any longer to speak with you. “I came to see you guys and tell you all that I am a very lucky girl,” she smiled.

Sushmita Sen also responded to comments from fans pleading for her to reprise her role as Aarya. “After my doctors give me the all-clear, I’ll be travelling to Jaipur to finish Aarya, and I’ll be working on the dubbing for Taali,” she said.
