The Four new Podcast shows of JioSaavn.

On Monday, JioSaavn revealed that it was launching new podcast shows on its streaming platform for music. The announcement comes at a moment when the organization is hosting a podcast week on its website.

Four new podcast shows are being launched by JioSaavn on its website. With Neha Ranglani, the first show is called Holistic Lifestyle. It’s a five-minute mini-wellness audio show that mixes exercise with fun to let listeners lead a healthier and happier life.

Bas Yun Hi, the second episode, is an in-depth dive into ever-growing human desires. It is hosted by Priyam Gaur and will be available starting October 2 on the website.

The third show introduced by the music-streaming business is called Short Mein Samjha Na. In a fun format, it simplifies the GenZ language to help young people keep up with the fast-paced world.

Aparna Upadhyay will host it, and it will be available from September 30 onwards. Finally, the company is launching a show called Gunaah: Apradh ki Sachhi Kahaniyan, an exciting, action-packed real-crime podcast full of mysteries of murder, serial killers, and cases of missing persons. Starting October 1, it will be available.

JioSaavn is also hosting a two-day digital event in addition to launching a new series, which will cover many aspects of podcast production and consumption in the Indian context.

MasterClass: Podcast 101, which is an essential guide to producing excellent content for podcasts with a Q&A for aspiring podcasters, will be featured on the first day, which is September 29.

This is followed by a panel discussion with Mae Thomas, founder of Maed in India and the podcast of the same name, Lakshya Datta, founder and CEO of Launch and host of Tumne Kisi Ke Kabhi Pyaar Kiya Hai? with the theme ‘An Experiment No Longer: Indian Podcasting Here To Stay’ & Umeed Factory and Indu Shekhar Sinha-Head of Business Growth, BBC World Service, Asia Pacific.

The event will culminate with a ‘Global Podcast Trends: Learnings for the Indian Industry’ fireside chat, where Ishani Dasgupta, JioSaavn’s Lead of Podcast Partnerships, will talk with Joanna Aveillan, Acast’s International Expansion Manager, an international network for monetization and distribution of podcasts.
