I studied hotel management in a college in Rajkot, and from there, I went to the UK. Went to US and Canada, worked there for 12 years, but I wanted to come to our country and do something different.

Meanwhile enjoyed a meal served by train at a restaurant in the US. So when I decided to go to India and start this kind of restaurant with Indian technology, I came to Vadodara from Canada.

I started the first pizza train restaurant in Vadodara with my brother, then in Surat too. Curry, currently running 6 pizza restaurants in Surat and Vadodara … These are the words of Manish Patel, an entrepreneur living in Vadodara …

He started a restaurant in the US after seeing food being served by train.

Manish Patel, an entrepreneur who struggled a lot initially, said that he had been involved in the hotel management business for years and was based in the UK.

I had jobs in the US and Canada, but I came up with the idea to use my skills for myself, so I came to India in 2015 and decided to do something new and prepare a food delivery train and start the first restaurant of the pizza train.

Struggled a lot at the start, but we survived even in times of trouble and today, the franchisee and we together have a total of 6 pizza restaurants.

The pizza chain has an annual turnover of Rs 8 crore.

“We suffered losses

during the Corona period, but we did not give up,” he said. We had to suffer huge losses. But we started the restaurant again after the Coronation period without giving up, and again we are moving on.
