“Understudies of posh (9 and 10) and halfway (class 11 and 12) schools will take part in the 75th Independence Day festivities on August 15. Also, on August 16, instructing learning will start in the schools with half limit, while clinging to the COVID-19 convention,” Additional Chief Secretary (Information) Navneet Sehgal told PTI
