Party leader Rahul Gandhi was seen engaging with college students and working women in one of the videos released by the Congress party on its social media handle on Monday.

The former party chief initially went for a coffee at “Cafe Coffee Day” on Bengaluru’s Cunningham Road. He was then observed conversing with college students and working ladies at a Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) bus stop.

Gandhi then boarded a BMTC bus and spoke with the female passengers.

He was heard asking, “Where are you all going?” In addition to greeting them with “Namaste,” Rahul Gandhi inquired about the well-being of their loved ones.

One of the women described her trauma, saying, “He said he was shivering…He was a wonderfully kind guy who was also well-qualified and humble.”

“Can I see his picture?” Gandhi probed further.

He also inquired about the problems the women had while on the road. “What is the most difficult thing you face as a woman?” he inquired.

The women told him about their transport problems, as well as how the price increase was affecting their budgets.

Regarding the party’s manifesto ahead of the Karnataka legislative elections, Rahul Gandhi stated, “In our manifesto, we have a programme for women where all bus travel in Karnataka will be free.” “Do you believe it’s a good idea?”

Gandhi then disembarked from the vehicle in Lingarajapuram. So far, he has spoken at several electoral rallies in Karnataka

Today marks the final day of campaigning. Elections will be held in Karnataka on May 10th, with vote counting on May 13th.
