Conflict in North Sikkim between Indian and Chinese soldiers

Clashes erupted between Indian and Chinese troops in North Sikkim on Saturday. In these disputes, both armies recorded minor injuries.

The incident happened near the Naku La sector at over 5,000 metres in North Sikkim. Minor injuries recorded on both the side. However, an immediate interaction at the local level and dialogue between the two armies took place and the units disengaged. 

The last major standoff between India and China took place at Doklam plateau in 2017 this lasted for 73 days as Chinese soldiers were building a road to the Jamphiri ridgeline.
