Does Demand leads to price hike of Harley-Davidson X440 in India ?

The Price hike of Harley-Davidson X440 has been a great topic of conversation in the market feild.

Hero MotoCorp has chosen to raise the price of the Harley-Davidson X440 even before the first bike is delivered.

Price hike of Harley-Davidson X440:

The X440 is now priced at Rs 2.40 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), a Rs 10,500 increase. The new price increase applies to all variations. The base model, previously priced at Rs 2.29 lakh, is now priced at Rs 2.40 lakh.

The mid-spec Vivid variant is now Rs 2.60 lakh, and the top model – S – is now Rs 2.80 lakh. All of these prices are ex-showroom Delhi.

Customers in India still have two days to book the X440 at the introductory pricing. This can be performed through the brand’s official website or the nearby dealership.

While the price rise indicates that the brand has received a positive response from purchasers, Hero MotoCorp should have waited a few more months before raising the price because all-India bike deliveries have yet to begin.

This procedure is likely to commence within the next few weeks.

The Hype of the X440:

Harley Davidson X440 has been in talks; just after its debut in the Indian market as this bike has become the most affordable bike of Harley Davidson.

Along with the Triumph has also launched its Speed 400 with an affordable price range; and great competition for Harley.

The features and the engine:

The X440’s engine is an air-/oil-cooled, 440cc single-cylinder with 27hp at 6,000rpm and 38Nm of torque at 4,000rpm.

The bike is housed on a steel trellis frame, backed by a 43mm USD fork and twin shock absorber arrangement. A 320mm front rotor handles braking duties, and dual-channel ABS is standard.

The HD X440’s seat height is a mediocre 805mm, weighing 190.5kg with its 13.5-litre fuel tank fully brimmed.

The bike has a ton of ground clearance at 170mm and rides on new MRF Zapper Hyke tyres in sizes 100/90-18 (front) as well as 140/70-17 (rear).
