The Parliamentary Standing Committee on Information Technology on Tuesday coordinated web-based media stages Facebook and Google to agree with new IT manages and keep rules of the country.
Driven by Congress pioneer Shashi Tharoor, the board was hearing the perspectives on the organizations about shielding the privileges of the residents and how to stop the abuse of online media.
Facebook and Google agents were approached to show up before the Parliamentary Standing Committee to offer perspectives on avoidance of abuse of social and online news media stages, remembering exceptional accentuation for ladies security in the computerized space.

The Central government has outlined the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (‘new IT Rules’) and advised something very similar on February 25, 2021. Accordingly, the Rules have become effective from May 26.
