The three-day Kashi Indian International Film Festival began in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The event, which is being organize in collaboration with the state government. Will feature a mash-up of classical dance and music performances and appearances by philosophers and writers. Hema Malini, a BJP MP and Bollywood actor graced the festival with her presence and performed on stage.

As she shared glimpses of herself in character on stage, she referred to the event as a “super success.” Sharing the photos she drew, “We performed my ballet Durga at the beautiful auditorium in Varanasi. After a long hiatus due to Corona. Despite being a shorter version, it was a huge success, thanks to Hon Minister of I & B Shri Anurag Thakur’s efforts.
