The current DC skipper Shreyas Iyer praised former Delhi Capitals captain Virender Sehwag and said the batsman left him very impressed with his captaincy skills.

Shreyas showed the decision was right: 

Sehwag acknowledged that when Iyer was made captain, he was shocked, but added that the 26-year-old showed the decision taken by coach Ricky Ponting to be the right one with the manner he led Delhi throughout the 2020 Indian Premier League.
