Ola company would work on an electronic motorcycle

Co-founder of Ola Cabs, Ola’s Bhavish Agarwal, confirmed reports on Saturday that the company is working on cheaper electric motorcycles and electric scooters via social media. Agarwal announced on Twitter that the automaker would start working on the aforementioned electric vehicle model sometime next year.

Ola’s S1 and S1 Pro electric scooters are currently on sale like hotcakes, and on November 11. The company began testing its scooters for its customers. Last month, Ola said sales of its first electric scooter reached 1,100 kroner in two days, according to a PTI report.

Two electric scooters Ola S1 and S1 Pro, were presented in August this year.

The company has previously declared that it will start with an Ola’s Bhavish Agarwal annual production capacity of 10 lakh. And then increase it to 20 lakh in the first phase in line with market demand.

Ola Electric said its plant will have an annual capacity of one billion units when completed. That’s 15 percent of global two-wheeler production.” Earlier, Ola Electric had announced. That it would be handing over the scooters as part of its previously announced “custom delivery window”. And decided to make one final payment for units ordered from its S1 electric scooter after starting trials for customers on November 10.

There have been complaints from customers who ordered the company’s electric scooters about ambiguity with the test drive and delivery schedule after payment.

The company previously said it would start shipping the scooters this month. He must receive his final S1 and S1 pro payments on October 18 and start submitting on October 25.

It has now been decided to demand full payment from the customer only after a test drive. Which raises questions about the timely delivery of the units that have been ordered.
