 According to sources, PM Narendra Modi has asked Air Force officers to help evacuate Indians in the shortest possible time. The Air Force can launch several C-17 aircraft in Operation Ganga from today.

The sixth consecutive day of war between Russia and Ukraine is also heavy. Meanwhile, a mission is underway to bring back the Indians trapped in Ukraine under Operation Ganga.

 That is why Air India’s 7th flight carrying 182 Indians has reached Mumbai. Two other flights have also flown from Budapest and Bucharest to Delhi. They will soon land in the country’s capital. 434 Indians are being repatriated on these flights.

C-17 Globemaster

C-17 Globemaster flew from the Philippines to Kabul carrying 640 people during the unrest in Afghanistan. The Indian Air Force used two C-17 Globemaster aircraft to airlift two Indians from Kabul. India has 11 C-17 Globemaster aircraft. The firing of rifles and weapons did not affect the plane.
