A man has been charged after eight died and 14 were wounded in Serbia second massacre in a week.
After midnight, the attack happened in a village some 60km (37 miles) south of Belgrade, Serbia when the shooter opened fire from a moving vehicle.
He was charged in the early hours of Friday dawn after “an extensive investigation”, the interior ministry told. It arrives after a boy slaughtered nine people at a Belgrade school on Wednesday, Serbia’s most destructive shooting in years.
President Aleksander Vucic vowed the “practical disarmament” of the nation as he revealed a list of new security steps planned to enhance gun control on Friday morning.

The interior ministry stated that the suspect had just been identified by his initials UB – was confined around the city of Kragujevac.
The arrest followed an extensive investigation, which regional media conveyed involved over 600 police officials. Serbian host RTS said that he was finally seen hiding at his grandfather’s home.
Early on Friday dawn, the Serbian press said that special police units had arrived at the villages of Mladenovac and Dubona, where the latest slaughter happened.
Photographs from the scene showed police officials stopping vehicles at checkpoints as they tried to find the gunman. A chopper, drones and numerous police patrols were also used.
