The lawyer of Rhea Chakraborty said that Sushant Singh Rajput was strangled:’ Inference is dangerous based on photo.

Satish Maneshinde, the lawyer of Rhea Chakraborty, has responded to the report of lawyer Vikas Singh that a doctor had told him that Sushant Singh Rajput died of strangulation after seeing at his pictures. Satish said it is harmful to make claims about the essence of death based on photos.

“In a statement on Saturday, Satish Maneshinde said,” Disclosure of a conclusion by an AIIMS doctor in a team headed by Dr Gupta in the death case of Sushant Singh Rajput is a dangerous trend based on photographs. To keep the inquiry unbiased, the CBI must create a new Medical Board.

He also alleged that the investigative agencies were under pressure amid the Bihar elections to achieve a predetermined outcome.

On the eve of the Bihar Elections, the agencies are forced to perform a predetermined result for obvious reasons. We saw DGP Pandey’s VRS unfold a few days ago. There should be no repeat of those moves,’ he said.

“Recently, Vikas Singh, the lawyer appointed by Sushant’s father, K. K.Singh said,” The family feels that the investigation taken in another direction. All focus redirected to the opioid crisis. The doctor at AIIMS informs me that the death of Sushant was by strangulation.

“He added, expressing his dissatisfaction about the change in emphasis,” Why is CBI turning this to abetment killing? The inquiry is not on track. I’m not going to say I’m not pleased with the CBI, but what I’m concerned about is the lack of consideration that the case gets. AIIMS’s forensic answer should be made public, which is what will please the family.

Nevertheless, Dr Sudhir Gupta, the panel chief of the forensic team of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) investigating Sushant’s death, told Times Now, “No inference or hypothesis could be made by seeing ligature marks and scene of incidence of homicide or suicide.”

It is difficult for doctors and almost impossible for general individuals, requiring discretion and forensic interpretation solely of the internal connexion.
