The three temples, situated in the Ramkot area of Ayodhya, are about 250 to 300 years old and share sides with the Ram Janmabhoomi campus.
Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has been entrusted with the task of Ram temple construction in Ayodhya.
Among the oldest temples in Ayodhya, Kaushalya Bhavan, Fikerah Ram Mandir and Deen Kuti Mandir in the Ramkot vicinity of the temple metropolis were purchased by the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra for enlargement of the Ram Janmabhoomi (RJB) campus, HT has learnt.
Around 250 to three hundred years antique, these temples share their boundaries with the Ram Janmabhoomi campus.
Out of the three, the Fikerah Ram Mandir is the largest and falls inside the outer edge of the Ram Janmabhoomi campus, whilst Deen Kuti Mandir is the smallest.
Mahant Kaushal Kishore Tripathi and Mahant Yashoda Nandan Tripathi, aka Mahant Lalluji, the two brothers who personal the Kaushalya Bhavan spread over 15 biswa or 1881 rectangular metre land (1 biswa = 125.419104 sq. Metre), are making ready to depart the region and hand it over to the Trust.
The Tripathi brothers live there in conjunction with their family members, such as grandchildren.
The Trust has given ₹four crore to proprietors of the Kaushalya Bhavan alongside alternative land and ₹three.70 crores to Mahant Raghuvar Saran of Fikerah Ram Mandir in conjunction with alternative land.
The Trust has given nine biswa land in the Ramkot region and 5.5 Biswas land at Bag Bijaisi to the Tripathi brothers, and nine biswa land within the Ramkot location to Raghuvar Saran of Fikerah Ram Mandir.
“(Trust standard secretary) Champat Rai, Ayodhya mayor and (Trust member) Anil Mishra came to fulfil us to request for the handover of the Kaushalya Bhavan for enlargement of the Ram Janmabhoomi campus,” said Mahant Yashoda Nandan Tripathi.
“For a long time, people were looking forward to the Ram Mandir to come back up in Ayodhya. Now, while the temple is being built, the Trust needs our land for the growth of the Ram Janmabhoomi. We have passed over (sold) the belongings to the Trust,” introduced Tripathi.
“The Trust had asked to hand over these temples for expansion of Ram Mandir as they’re in close proximity to the Ram Janmabhoomi complex. Their proprietors have agreed, and the Trust has also compensated them,” stated Mahant Dhinendra Das, member of the Trust.
Animesh Tripathi, a grandson of Mahant Kaushal Kishore Tripathi, who is an engineer by way of career, said, “Change is the best regular in lifestyles. As the Ram temple is coming up, it was important to vacate the region.”
Animesh, who worked in Mumbai, misplaced his job because of the Covid-19 pandemic. After the lockdown in Mumbai, he again to Ayodhya and could remain right here till he receives every other process.
Mahant Raghuvar Saran of Fikerah Ram Mandir that unfolds over 21 biswa or 2,633 square mt land is in recent times busy with the development work at the brand new place allotted through the Ram Mandir Trust inside the Ramkot area in which he’s going to shift that allows you to relocate the temple.
“My temple is in the Ram Janmabhoomi. I had no choice, however, to simply accept the Trust’s offer to promote the land for enlargement of Ram Mandir,” stated Mahant Raghuvar Saran.
“But I had demanded an opportunity land inside the Ramkot vicinity most effective for my new temple. I did not want to move out of this locality. As I must vacate the vicinity on the earliest, I am busy with creation work at this new vicinity,” stated Raghuvar Saran at the same time as giving instructions to labourers on the website.
The Trust has purchased Deen Kuti Mandir for ₹30 lakh from Mahant Sant Das. However, around ten days ago, Das surpassed away. Before his death, Sant Das surpassed the number of his followers.
The Trust is within the technique of buying around 4-five houses in the Ramkot region that are near the Ram Janmabhoomi campus.
