Upasana Singh sues Miss Universe, an actor-producer, discusses her decision to sue Miss Universe Harnaaz Sandhu, saying she was tired of chasing her.

Upasana Singh has filed a lawsuit against Miss Universe Harnaaz Sandhu for allegedly breaching a contract and withdrawing from her Punjabi film. The actor-producer reveals that she has received a summons and admits that she has lost a lot of money due to her.

Sandhu is in legal trouble for her role in the Punjabi film Bai Ji Kuttange. Which also stars Singh’s son, Nanak. Singh both starred in and produced the film.

“I signed a contract with Harnaaz before she became Miss Universe. When she was a struggling newcomer, I gave her a chance. In Mumbai, she used to stay with us. I trained her and taught her how to act. She was like my child and referred to me as her godmother. When she won the international pageant, I threw a party for her. “However, she severed her ties with us after receiving international recognition,” Singh explains.

The movie was guessed to be released in May of this year, but Singh says they pushed it back to August 19 so that “Harnaaz can get free from her Miss Universe commitments and devote time to the film.”

According to Singh, Harnaaz was supposed to provide 25 days for promotion as a lead under the contract.

“However, after winning the pageant, she simply distanced herself from the film. And it appears from the Punjabi film industry as well. I even told her that if 25 days is too long for her right now, she could give me 5 days. “She’s not even posting about the film on social media. While she’s posting about all the brands and parties on her handle,” the source says.
