The new Kia Seltos facelift has launched in India, with prices starting at Rs 10.90 lakh and up to Rs 19.80 lakh for top-spec automatic variants. 

The Seltos X-Line costs Rs 20,000 more than the top-spec models and is priced at Rs 20.00 lakh. (All prices are ex-showroom, Delhi.)

Bookings for the new Seltos are currently open for a nominal fee of Rs 25,000, and a special K-code can assist customers in gaining priority delivery.

The variant of Kia Seltos Facelift:

The 115hp, 144Nm, 1.5-litre petrol engine and the 116hp, 250Nm, 1.5-litre turbo-diesel engine remain under the hood of the Seltos facelift. 

The former is available with a 6-speed manual or a CVT gearbox, while the latter is with a 6-speed iMT or a 6-speed automatic transmission. 

A new 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine produces a class-leading 160hp and 253Nm of torque and is available with either a 6-speed iMT or a 7-speed DCT gearbox.

The 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine with manual transmission is available on the HTE, HTK, HTK+ and HTX trims, whereas the CVT gearbox is only available on the HTX trim. 

The 1.5-litre diesel engine comes standard with an iMT gearbox on all Tech Line trims (HTE, HTK, HTK+, HTX, HTX+), while the torque converter automatic is available on the HTX, GTX+, and X-Line trims.

The new 1.5-litre turbo-petrol motor is now available on Tech Line trims; before, it was only accessible on GT Line and X-Line trims.

The features of the new Kia:

The two most significant equipment upgrades are the ADAS suite and the panoramic sunroof. 

The ADAS package includes, among other things, forward collision warning assist, autonomous emergency braking, and lane keep assist, while all trims include six airbags, ESC, hill-start assist, all-wheel disc brakes, TPMS, and three-point seat belts for all passengers with reminders. 

Among the other prominent features are a 360-degree camera, dual-zone climate control, an 8-inch head-up display, an automated parking brake, rain-sensing wipers, and a Bose-tuned 8-speaker system with sound mood lights. You can see the variant-specific feature breakdown here.
