Standing room tickets for the highly anticipated ICC Men’s T20 World Cup match between India and Pakistan at the MCG on October 23 were released on Thursday.

Over 4000 standing room tickets will be available for AUD 30 and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. “The ticket release ensures that as many fans as possible can attend the match on Sunday, October 23. A fixed number of packages are still available for purchase through the ICC Hospitality and ICC Travel & Tours programmes,” the ICC said.

The organisers will launch a re-sale platform closer to the tournament’s opening match on October 16.

“Fans who miss out on tickets can still see the world’s best cricketers at other T20 World Cup matches. With kids tickets starting at just $5 and adult tickets starting at $20,” according to the ICC. “Tickets are also available for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Final. Which will also be held at the MCG on November 13.”
