Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone recall Irrfan on film PIKU’s anniversary.

Deepika shared a video of film Piku’s and remembered her co-star Irrfan; Big B paid tribute to Sridevi and Irrfan.

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan, on Friday, on his social platform, paid tribute to his co-stars Sridevi and Irrfan, on the anniversaries of films Khuda Gawah and Piku on 8th May. Khuda Gawah completed 28 years and Piku completed 5 years. In the post, he shared a picture collage; the upper half belonged of his 1992 film, Khuda Gawah and the lower half for film, Piku. He tweeted, “28 years of Khuda Gawah… 5 years of Piku… Today May 8… and in remembrance of the two that have left us.” 

Amitabh seems disturbed recent passing of actor Irrfan Khan, who was suffering from neuroendocrine tumour and described him as an “incredible talent and a gracious colleague”. Big B also shared lovely memories of Deepika Padukone and Irrfan Khan in the film on his blog.

Depicting her little girl in the 2015 hit, Actor Deepika Padukone additionally recalled Irrfan on her Instagram, sharing a video from the set of Piku, in which Irrfan Khan and Deepika Padukone are seen playing Tennis. ” Please come back! #irrfankhan “, she posted on her Instagram. Deepika likewise committed a tune to Irrfan, from their film by writing its lyrics “Lamhe Guzar Gaye” on an image she shared, recollecting the journey of the film. “Rest in Peace my Dear Friend”, Deepika wrote, in the end of the post.

Deepika was set to work with Irrfan in Vishal Bhardwaj’s next film. Irrfan’s last release was ‘Angrezi Medium’, a sequel to his hit 2017 film ‘Hindi Medium’, sadly passed away on April 29.
