Asus releases the first 11th-gen Intel VivoBook processor, India’s ZenBook laptops.

Key points:

  1.  Asus has introduced three new laptops in India today, which can also be referred to as the first Intel 11th-gen processor business.
  2. The VivoBook Ultra 14 (X413) will, however, be restricted to Flipkart only.
  3. They launch with Intel CoreTM i7-1165G7 processors and graphics from Intel Iris X, along with up to 4.7 GHz Turbo boost frequency.
  4. The ASUS Intelligent Performance Technology (AIPT) is what comes as an extra feature here.

Asus has introduced three new laptops in India today, which can also be referred to as the first Intel 11th-gen processor business. VivoBook Ultra 14/15 (X413 / X513), VivoBook Ultra K15 (K513), as well as ZenBook 14 (UX425) is part of the line-up.

Whereas the Zenbook 14 (UX425) launches at ₹82,990, versions of the VivoBook Ultra K15 (K513) as well as (X513) launch at ₹42,990 and ₹43,990.

The base model costs ₹59,990 for the VivoBook Ultra 14 (X413). Asus exclusive stores, offline partners, Reliance Digital, Flipkart, Amazon, Croma as well as Vijay sales would all be available. The VivoBook Ultra 14 (X413) will, however, be restricted to Flipkart only.

The ZenBook 14 UX425 features a diamond-cut aluminum alloy construction with a weight of 1.13 kg. It is powered by Intel Core processors of the 11th Gen and also by Intel Iris X graphics. You get support for PCIe 3.0 x2 SSD and WiFi 6 (802.11ax) too.

In addition, there are two Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports, a regular HDMI 2.0 port, a Type-A USB 3.2 Gen 1, and a microSD card reader. The sides have a Full-HD IPS LED panel with NanoEdge bezels.

A 67-watt-hour battery with fast charging support is powered by the laptop, which can recover up to 60 percent of the battery in about 49 minutes.

As a follow-up to the VivoBook S S14 and Vivobook S S15 series, the VivoBook Ultra 14/15 (X413 / X513) and VivoBook Ultra K15 (K513).

 They launch with Intel CoreTM i7-1165G7 processors and graphics from IntelIris X, along with up to 4.7 GHz Turbo boost frequency. The NVIDIA MX330 GPU and up to 8 GB of RAM are also supported.

You also get a 14-inch and 15.6-inch Full-HD NanoEdge display and some useful ports, such as HDMI 1.4, Type-A USB 2.0, Type-A USB 3.2 Gen 1, and Type-C USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports. These also support WiFi 6, like the ZenBook 14 UX425.

The ASUS Intelligent Performance Technology (AIPT) is what comes as an extra feature here. This is the thermal design and power-saving solution of the company that utilizes aerodynamic IceBlades fan design sensors and a power supply of up to 65 watts to enhance CPU efficiency with enhanced stability while retaining battery life.
