A Delhi Traffic Police officer was suspended after he fined a South Korean man 5,000 for a traffic regulation infraction. The office didn’t even gave him the chalan receipt.

In a widely distributed video, a constable named Mahesh Chand is seen receiving 5,000 in cash from a South Korean man but failing to provide a receipt for the money. 

The entire incident was filmed on the car’s dashboard camera. The video has been shared several times on social media networks.

Delhi Police response to Korean Man viral video:

After the video went viral, the Delhi Traffic Police suspended the officer and launched an investigation into the incident. “In response to the social media post, the officer seen in the video has been suspended pending an investigation.” “The Delhi Police has a zero-tolerance policy for corruption,” it said on Twitter.

On his YouTube account, the South Korean citizen has 1.34 million subscribers.

Jodhpur police detained a man for allegedly harassing a Korean vlogger in Rajasthan. The video gets viral on social media, man was seen following the girl while she was recording herself; later, the guy flashes his private body parts. The girl in the video can be seen shouting and running away from that man.

As soon as the video got viral on the internet, police took responsibility for the issue and took the accused into police custody.
