Royal Enfield’s famous RE Bullet 350 2023 is about to get a makeover, and we’ve discovered that this motorcycle’s price will be revealed on September 1.
The biggest modification is the move to RE’s more current J-platform, which includes the much smoother 349cc engine seen in the Classic, Meteor, and Hunter 350s.
The engine of RE Bullet 2023:
The 349cc J-platform engine replaces the Bullet 350’s long-serving 346cc UCE motor, which has been in service since 2010. The current Bullet 350 is the final model that uses RE’s older UCE motor.
Although output estimates have yet to be confirmed, the new Bullet 350 is expected to produce around the same 20hp and 27Nm as all other J-platform versions.
Bullet 350 will be a bit similar to the classic 350:
As previously said, the new Bullet 350 will have a lot in common with the Classic 350.
The engine and chassis will be the same. Still, there will be some minor design alterations, with the Bullet receiving a single-piece seat, a new tail lamp, a rectangular battery box, and the removal of the hood over the headlight.
The Bullet 350 will also retain its characteristic hand-painted pinstripes on the fuel tank and side panels.
The expected price:
Regarding pricing, sources close to the situation have told us that the new Bullet 350 will be hiked around Rs 10,000-12,000.
However, it remains to be seen whether RE would increase the price in reaction to fresh challenges from Triumph and Harley-Davidson.
The Bullet 350 was the starting point for the Royal Enfield series before the release of the Hunter 350 last year.
However, the new Bullet 350 is expected to be priced somewhere between the Hunter 350 (which starts at Rs 1.50 lakh) and the Classic 350 (which goes up to Rs 2.25 lakh).
