There are many nations in the world. But no Nation can come even near when we talk about Unity. Yes, “Unity In Diversity” spirit. You might find loop points in our country, but when it comes to Nation, we are United and a very strong democratic country, which helps the nation run even in tough situations.
The change is the rule of nature. Everything changes. In India, the best thing is that generations changed, but the spirit of “Unity in Diversity” never changed. This is the only spirit that makes India different from all other nations in the world.
World’s Largest and Thriving Democratic Country:
India is a DEMOCRATIC and INDEPENDENT nation. The word itself means not dependent on other nation OR sort of freedom in taking decisions for India.
AATMANIRBHAR BHARAT:
Every nation is dependent on other nation in terms of trade and exchange of goods. But at present, India is trying to become self-dependent (AATMANIRBHAR BHARAT). The self-dependency of India will become more and more advantageous for its own self. And at present times, the advantages of self-dependency are reflected in the Indian Economy. One of it’s best example is to make the public sector privatized. This can serve as a reward to the deserving people for that particular profession.
UNITY IN DIVERSITY:
India is a SECULAR nation. People residing here can follow any religion freely. There is no force to follow any religion. People here can change their religion as per their own wish. Here in terms of secularism, also the “UNITY IN DIVERSITY” spirit is reflected. In India as a whole, there are many states. In each state, there are many districts. In every district, many towns/cities. So as such at all these places, i.e. states, districts and towns/cities we can find people with different religions. The most interesting thing about India is that when we reach our own individual society, we can hardly find people following the same religion. The best quality about Indian people is besides following different religions, these people enjoy and celebrate every festival with great joy and enthusiasm.
Multiple Languages:
In India, as a country, many languages are spoken here. Different languages are spoken in different states. Ex. Gujarati in Gujarat, Marathi in Maharashtra, Konkani in Goa etc. But this is not only enough. In every district, there are different spoken languages. And now comes a minute but the more interesting thing, i.e. the towns/cities located in each district also have their different languages. Ex. Kathiyavadi in Saurashtra, Surti in Surat, Kutchi in Kutch etc. So there are many diversities in India.
Indian Ethnic Wears:
In India, people wear different outfit across the country. The outfits differ from state to state. Men in Gujarat wear Kediyu /Dhoti-Kurta, and women wear Ghaghara choli with the dupatta. In Maharashtra, men wear Dhoti called dhotar and pheta women to wear Choli and Nine-yard saree locally called Nauwari saree.
Until this spirit of “UNITY IN DIVERSITY” goes, India will remain a nation different from all other nations in the world.
