PM Narendra Modi met the chief ministers of states:

PM Modi warned chief ministers during a video interaction:

In his communication over the pandemic and progress in the Covid-19 inoculation drive, Modi said states like Maharashtra and Punjab had seen an ascent in cases. 

In contrast, the inspiration rate has shot up in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh.
