After nine years, Motorola mobile phones have returned to Korea. LG Television announced on May 16 that it will begin selling pre-orders for two Motorola 5G smartphone models on the Hello Mobile official mall today. The official release date is scheduled for the end of this month.
The new models are the Motorola Edge 20 Lite 5G, which costs KRW 399,000 (approximately Rs. 24,300), and the Moto G50 5G, which costs KRW 349,000. (roughly Rs. 21,200). It is a premium budget phone with dual-SIM that has performed well in North America, Europe, and China.
It will be available for purchase on major e-commerce platforms such as eBay, 11th Street, and onion following its official release.
The Motorola Edge 20 Lite 5G model features a dual-SIM, 108-megapixel camera, 8GB RAM, 128GB memory, 5,000mAh battery capacity, 30W fast charging, also 6.7-inch OLED display.
The Moto G50 5G features a dual-SIM slot, a 48-megapixel camera, 4GB RAM, 128GB storage, a 5,000mAh battery, and a 6.7-inch OLED display. Meanwhile, Motorola launched the Motorola Edge 30 in India last week. The phone has a 6.5-inch pOLED collection with a refresh rate of 144Hz. The company’s second entry into the Edge 30 smartphone lineup is powered by a Snapdragon 778G+ SoC also supports up to 8GB of RAM. In addition, it has a 50-megapixel triple rear camera setup and a 32-megapixel selfie camera. According to the company, the handset has a 4,020mAh battery and an IP52 rating for dust and water resistance.
The Motorola Edge 30 is priced in India at Rs. 27,999 for the base 6GB + 128GB storage model, also Rs. 29,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant.
