Gujarat has been leading in the fight against Corona. The number of people with both doses of the vaccine has are 1 crore while 4,00,00,000 people vaccinated. Thus, about 60% of the population of Gujarat has come under vaccination.

 A total of 19,65,700 health care workers and front line workers given the first dose. Similarly, 15,87,900 with both doses. 1,37,50,100 people over 45 given the first dose while 72,84,700 have been given the second dose. Likewise, 1,55,22,000 in the age group of 18 to 45 years, while 11,18,111 both doses.

Chief Minister congratulates health workers:

Gujarat is leading among the major states in the country in a million vaccinations. The Chief Minister has congratulated the state’s health workers for their commitment to cover more and more citizens in the Corona Vaccination Campaign through this comprehensive vaccination.

The highest number of 35.40 lakh people vaccinated during the period from August 7 to 13:

More than 3 lakh 73 thousand 160 people vaccinated in the state on Sunday. The vaccination campaign, which started on January 16, saw the highest number of 35.39 lakh people vaccinated during the week of August 7-13. Of which 26.68 lakh given first dose and 8.71 lakh both doses. 

A total of 2.16 crore men and 1.80 crore women vaccinated in the state. According to the estimated total population of the state of 6.79 crores, 58% of the people vaccinated, with 44% receiving the first dose and 14% receiving both doses. 

According to the projection report, there are an estimated 3.09 crore people in the age group of 18-45 years in the state, while there are an estimated 1.83 crore people above 45 years.

If the infection increases, the vaccine will not cause deathEven if the infection increases, the effect be less if the vaccine taken in large quantities. The risk of death of the patient reduced. Such an experience seen in Britain too.
