Raveena Tandon is speaking out about her relationship with Karisma Kapoor, revealing that she has addressed the fact that she has lost a lot of films owing to business groupthink.

She also spoke about rivalry in Bollywood and mentioned the films in which she was replaced in a new interview with Lehrein.

Raveena Tandon talks about competition:

In a new interview with Lehrein, Raveena discussed competition and stated, “I have always believed in healthy competition because it brings out the best in you.”

But I’m not a scumbag; no one can accuse Raveena of removing me from a project or refusing to work with a newcomer. I have never engaged in that kind of politics or groups, but others have openly done so.”

Raveena talks about Saajan Chale Sasural:

“I was supposed to do Saajan Chale Sasural with David Dhawan and Govinda, and they told me this later,” Raveena revealed the films from which she was replaced.

I had already signed Vijaypath, but I could not complete the film. Tabu has always been wonderful in this manner. She has never been interested in politics. I can’t say the same for everyone else.”

Govinda, Karisma Kapoor, and Tabu played key roles in Saajan Chale Sasural. The David Dhawan picture became one of the year’s biggest hits.

The actress was awarded with Padma Shri:

Raveena received the Padma Shri, the fourth-highest civilian award, from President Droupadi Murmu earlier this year.

Raveena previously told Hindustan Times, “It was an emotional moment for me because it was something that my father had always dreamed of and thought that it would be a proud moment (for him) whenever I received the Padma Shri honor.”

Her upcoming projects:

Raveena will be seen in the upcoming film Welcome To The Jungle. In the new film, she reunites with her co-stars Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, Sanjay Dutt, Arshad Warsi, Paresh Rawal, Johnny Lever, and Rajpal Yadav.

The film, directed by Ahmed Khan, stars Tusshar Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez, Shreyas Talpade, and Disha Patani, among others.
